Unfortunately I am very disappointed. My item was shipped 23 Sept 2020 and its 19 Oct 2020 and I still haven't received my product yet.

Your parcel was shipped out to you promptly but unfortunately, the postal services in Australia are experiencing high volumes due to Covid, resulting in some significant delays to deliveries. We did our very best to chase up NZ Post and keep you updated on progress.
The Vendor was also very sorry you didn't receive your cocoon and sent out another one to you using an upgraded postal service. We're delighted that you have now received your cocoon and that it was worth the wait!!
