How to use your wheatbag:
Heat in the microwave on high for 2 minutes to 2 and half minutes.
We don’t recommend heating it longer as as it could get too hot and be uncomfortable on the skin.
Wheatbags also can be used as cold packs. Place in the freezer for 45 minutes. It will not freeze as there is no water content.
It can be used on sprains or to reduce inflammation and pain.
Sectioned to distribute the wheat in 3 pockets.
