Returns & Refunds

This Vendor has provided the following additional returns information:

1. Returns

Please choose carefully as SRS Clinics does not accept returns. Under NZ Consumer Law, purchase of a product or service is final and SRS Clinics does not have to provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind, if your circumstances change or if you simply want to return an item because of other reasons.

2. Cancellation of Order

If your order has not yet been processed and shipped out, SRS Clinics may at its option cancel your order upon your request and issue you with a refund. SRS Clinics cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped out.

3. Damaged or Lost Goods

If goods are purchased on the website, and those goods suffer damage during shipping, SRS Clinics will at its option replace such goods or refund the purchase price, provided the relevant shipping invoice and appropriate photographic or otherwise evidence of damage are supplied within seven (7) working days of receipt of the parcel. SRS Clinics reserves the right of return of the damaged goods at our own cost.

You must retain all original packaging so SRS Clinics can determine whether a shipping insurance claim needs to be filed. If any original packaging is discarded, a shipping insurance claim cannot be filed. Disposal of shipping materials, or the damaged goods themselves, waives your right to replacement of the damaged products.

In the rare event a shipment is declared as ‘lost’ by the carrier, SRS Clinics will work with the carrier to file an insurance claim and will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
