– New Zealand Wide: Refunds and Returns (no returns on beauty products)
– We accept returns – only on damaged or default products on receipt of goods.
Please email your receipt and a photo of the product to email@example.com so we can determine the problem.
As customer satisfaction is our #1 priority, we can send you a replacement at our cost, so you don’t have to go through the hassle of returning your product back or give a full refund.
