Kampot pepper has a strong character but yet a delicate aroma. After a first powerful peppery body taste, it reveals outstanding aromas of flower, eucalyptus, and mint. When the pepper berry is fully mature and turns bright red on the vine, it is harvested to produce red but also white pepper. The white core is extracted and then sun dried.

Available in Black, White, or Red this Double 50g pack is not only great value for home supply but it will also last a long time... depending on how addicted you become to it! And you can mix the Black and White together is you wish.
