Once we have received your order, items are shipped out on the next business day.
Most items will be received within 3 days but please allow up to 5 days to receive your order, especially if you are rural or inter-island.
Although we do frequently check the tracking of parcels to see if they have been delivered, please contact us immediately if you have not received your order by this time so we can rectify any freighting issues and get your item to you.
Packaging for our products is with paper, cardboard and compostable courier bags, no plastic!
