The COVID-19 situation in New Zealand is an ever-changing challenge which, along with other business owners, we continue to monitor closely. We will do our best to keep you informed about changes to our service via this web page.

What does the current COVID-19 Level 4 mean for your order?
During the lockdown period in NZ many of the products listed on our Marketplace will be unavailable for dispatch. Whilst you may still be able to order products, individual Vendors will make the decision as to which orders are for essential items and can therefore still be sent.
New or existing orders for non-essential items will be sent as soon as the restrictions are lifted so, please expect delays.
How long will delivery take?
NZ Post and many couriers have been instructed that they can continue to make deliveries over the next few weeks, as long as they are classified as essential items. Our Vendors will determine whether your order qualifies for this criteria. Please note that even if your order is classified as essential items there may still be delivery delays.
If you are concerned about the whereabouts of your order please get in touch and we will do what we can to assist you.
Is it safe to receive a delivery?
NZ Post and couriers have put in place “contact-less” delivery procedures to ensure the well-being of both Customers and staff.
