The COVID-19 situation in New Zealand is an ever-changing challenge which, along with other business owners, we continue to monitor closely. We will do our best to keep you informed about changes to our service via this web page.

What does the current COVID-19 Level 4 mean for Green Elephant?
At Alert Level 4, items can only be posted or couriered if they are considered to be essential. Some of our Vendors have products that are considered essential and these Vendors will be shipping orders whilst adhering to all the hygiene and safe operating guidelines as set out by the government.
Other Vendors, not considered to be ‘essential’ are currently not able to ship orders. Please check the information on their Store Fronts to confirm or contact us.
How long will delivery take?
Whilst we do not expect significant increases to delivery times, customers might experience short delays.
If you are concerned about the whereabouts of your order please get in touch and we will do what we can to assist you.
Is it safe to receive a delivery?
NZ Post and couriers have put in place “contact-less” delivery procedures to ensure the well-being of both Customers and staff.
